I'm Patrick your Instructor 

After graduating from College and about 3 years into my first professional job I was promoted to a supervisor position.  Of course I was excited, felt proud, and happy to get a raise - at first.  However reality quickly set in, and I was now scared and nervous because I was left to figure out how to manage other people on my own.  I began to question if I had what it takes to be a leader.  Fast forward 20+ years of managing teams of people internationally, and now I share what has worked for me with other new supervisors that are in the same situation that I was.

Now I like to hang out with my brother James (the other guy in the picture), and share what we have taken years to figure out.  We genuinely enjoy helping people just like you develop their leadership skill set.  Being older is part of it, but it just feels good to give back.  Connect with us to see how we learned to handle any difficult situation, inspire teams to reach new goals, and as a result grow our careers to the next level.
