Cancellations & Refunds

We keep this simple. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us reasonable notice and we'll make it easy.

Notice window

For all paid sessions and the free discovery call, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The 24 hours is measured against your session's start time, in the time zone your session is booked in.

How to cancel or reschedule

Use the link in your Google Calendar invite to cancel or reschedule. Please also send a quick note to [email protected] so we know. Refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected].

Complimentary discovery call

This call is free, but the time isn't. If you can't make it, give us 24 hours so we can offer the slot to someone else. There's nothing to refund on a free call. Trevity reserves the right to decline a free discovery call if we believe the offer is being misused.

Hard Conversations Session ($197)

More than 24 hours' notice: full refund on request by email. Less than 24 hours' notice: we'll reschedule you once at no charge. After that, refunds are at our discretion. No-show with no message: the session is forfeited and not refunded. Any optional follow-up session is treated as a new booking under the same rules. The Hard Conversations Workbook is included free with your session and is not separately refundable.

Single Private Coaching Session ($197)

More than 24 hours' notice: full refund on request by email. Less than 24 hours' notice: we'll reschedule you once at no charge. After that, refunds are at our discretion. No-show with no message: the session is forfeited and not refunded.

5-Session Package ($850)

Each session follows the same 24-hour notice window as a single session. Your first no-show won't cost you a session. Any no-show after that will use one session from your package. Sessions expire 12 months after purchase, and expired sessions are not refundable. If you'd like to refund unused sessions partway through, we'll refund them at the package rate of $170 per session, never more than you actually paid. If you change your mind before using any session, we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly Coaching ($175/mo)

Your plan includes one 60-minute session each month, with the same 24-hour notice window for that session. Monthly sessions don't roll over. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancelling stops your next charge, and your coaching stays available through the end of the month you've already paid for.
